Dr Ragini Rai Khandelia obtained her Master Degree in Plant Molecular biology from Delhi University and PhD in Molecular Genetics and Biochemistry from Indian Institute of Science. Her 8 years of post doctoral research at Nanynang Technological University resulted in several amazing discoveries, helping people to fight infectious diseases. However, success in science could not fully satisfy her passion to serve the society. Ragini channeled her professional expertise to support farmers of India with sustainable organic farming technologies, working on the development and implementation of new ways for the improvements of farmer's health and well being. Ragini is the core of SRR Fadeev Agro India team and is the heart of our international management!

Anastasiia is highly experienced and qualified professional in human genetics, metabolism and diseases. Her 5 years of experience in hospital and cancer research combined with PhD in molecular biology from Nanyang Technological University led her to develop innovative technologies capable to sustain healthy and medical nutrition on a global scale. Anastasiia is the founder and the most powerful engine of FadeevAgro.

Vasyl graduated with Master Degree Agriculture Economics and Management  from the State Agrarian University of Nothern Zauralye, Tyumen, Russia, and spent more than 20 years developing the best agriculture technologies on fields of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Moldova and Russia. His knowledge and expertise are crucial for the development of AgroBioComplex unique organic nutrition and protection mixes and protocols for their implementation on fields in different climatic zones.

Leonid graduated with PhD from Zhukovsky Moscow academy and spent 20 years of his academic career in research and teaching, airplane engine aerodynamics. After completing his academic career, his passion for innovation didn't let him to retire quietly. He directed his professional life towards developing a set of engineering innovations and agriculture machines, which gently select the best grains by highly regulated air flow and vibrations. Fadeev technology has been implemented by several seeds and crop growers and Fadeev Agro team is happy for the continuous appreciation and positive feedback from their customers.
